We are pleased to announce that Uinta Investment Partners, LLC and Alternative Income Solutions, LLC will merge effective January 1, 2024. Uinta Investment Partners (Uinta) was founded by Gavin James and Don Plotsky in 2017. The firm’s flagship fund is the Uinta Income Fund, LP launched in Q2 of 2017 which focuses on consumer litigation finance. Alternative Income Solutions (AIS) was founded by Andrew Saunders and Don Plotsky in 2019. The firm’s flagship product is the Alternative Income Solutions – Foundation Fund, LP a diversified portfolio of specialty finance opportunities launched in Q3 of 2020. This fund will be renamed the Alternative Income Solutions Fund, LP and will be managed by Uinta Investment Partners. Both Andrew and Don will continue as the managers of this fund. Both entities focus on income driven investment solutions that seek to deliver very low risk of loss, high income, and little or no correlation to the broad market indices.

The combined entity will be named Uinta Investment Partners, LLC and the team of Andrew Saunders, Gavin James, and Don Plotsky will continue as principals. The merger will provide enhanced resources, focus, and growth at a time when opportunities for deploying capital are both quite attractive and more plentiful. We will continue to draw on the resources of Castle Hill Capital Partners, Inc (Castle Hill), Andrew’s firm, to provide compliance and marketing support.

We are very excited to announce that Kent Fleming will be joining Castle Hill as a registered representative and will work closely with Uinta to broaden the investor base of our funds. Kent comes to us from BNY Mellon. We enter 2024 with these changes in place and are excited to expand and enhance our client relationships.
